Our facilities include a 25 metre, 6-lane pool with a half size teaching pool, sauna/steamroom and gym.

Fun Sessions
Every weekend and during school holidays between 1 pm and 3 pm, an inflatable chute or pirate run obstacle course is in the main pool. Let the children work off that extra energy - the adults can join in the fun too if they dare!
   
High-Tech Fitness
We have a well equipped gym with high-tech fitness machines for both cardiovascular exercise and muscle toning. Our qualified instructors will show you how to use each piece of equipment and arrange a personal programme for you.
   
Steam Room
Our steamroom is the only one in Helensburgh, and has proved extremely popular. Most sessions are mixed with the exception of Monday and Tuesday evenings, being female only and male only respectively.
